What is your turnaround time?  Your order will ship within 2-3 business days via UPS with tracking.

 Will I receive an email when my order ships? Yes, an email with tracking is provided at the time of shipment.

How much is shipping? Shipping is always a flat $10 fee and we use UPS for our shipping provider when possible. 

What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the unique nature of our handmade beauty products, all sales are final and no refunds are available.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at info@canberrystation.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order.  

Will my soap look exactly like the soap in the photo?

No. We do our best to accurately photograph our soaps so that colors and design details are accurate. Due to the nature of handmade products, please expect slight variations and small imperfections.  Each soap is one of a kind and will all look slightly different.
